fold, fold, BTN raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.25, fold

FLOP ($3.50) J 3 Q

Hero checks, BTN bets $2.34, Hero calls $2.34

TURN ($8.18) J 3 Q 7

Hero checks, BTN bets $5.47, Hero ?

Villain 18/18 after 40 hands.

Can I call this turn, or is my hand too weak for that so it becomes a c/r? What to do if I c/r and he shoves turn? If I c/r and he calls, what to do you a K river? I am not sure if it is a valuebet in that spot or not, since basically the only worse 2 hands that can call you are KQ and AQ. When you check, I think villain checks Qx a lot behind, so maybe it's even a c/f? I would give up all blanks since I don't suspect to have FE after he calls. Curious what you guys think.
I'm in favor of a fold. You are oop and we don't know if he will bet the river for you, so your implied odds are not necessarily there. If you bink and donk your implied odds, again, might not be there.

Check raising is possible but you don't know, or didn't mention, what his flop cbet range might be like or how likely he is to barrel the turn on that board type. Not to mention our outs can be dirty (K might not be good) or we are boned ( he is barreling the nfd).

Anyway, without a better read on vill I'm not of fan of x/c the turn or introducing a lot of variaince with a x/r. Tbh, I would much rather have x/r the flop.
