Unfortunately it's way out of my price range. Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler is only $25 now for electronic version.

I should have gotten mental game of poker back when it was $50 for the physical book. I've never had spewy tilt problems, but I had some serious confidence issues and problems playing my A game that this book has already made a huge difference in fixing. I've only read about 1/3 of it, but my game feels so much better now. I've always felt like I had the technical skills to beat micros but the results never seemed to be there. It's like I can think so much more clearly now while playing and I've always been able to play at least my B game even since listening to his free session he did with a guy on 2+2. I've also started 4-tabling and I had to drop stakes which has helped. It could still all be variance and I am running good, but at the same time I've been finding plays I would have never been able to spot playing more than 4 tables. The best thing is this should help with other stuff besides poker.
