Default tough spot on river...must I fold my set?

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Hero (BTN): $56.50
SB: $49.50
BB: $59.05
UTG: $26.70
MP: $50.75
CO: $73.50

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN with 3 3
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, 1 fold, BB calls $1

Flop: ($3.25) J 2 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($3.25) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $1.50, Hero raises to $5, BB calls $3.50

River: ($13.25) K (2 players)
BB bets $52.55 all in, Hero WTF?

Do not have read on villain as he just sat at my table. This is first hand he plays. I don't think he plays a straight like this.

Never Never fold this. If he set over set you, just chalk it up to variance.

Bet this flop with 100% of your range, it's not even for balancing, you need to build a pot with your hand not wait for him.
And yeah, never fold the river.

was there flush present? I didn't see what suits the card were. If no flushes on board then I'm nvr folding. However, an all in over shove on rvr i've found is almost always the nuts so I take it he had 45? idk, maybe i fold if i had played w/ him longer and seen him do it before but i don't think i can fold a set to some ass clown who just sat down at the table.
