Default turn cbet% in micro stakes

Jan, around 25.5K hands in 10NL, 20NL
VPIP/PFR/AF/3B 23.7/22.4/5.91/7.5
WTSD/W$SD 23.8/48.2

Steal is 42.6% and Overall Steal Success is 49%
Flop Cbet 82.2% Flop Cbet Success 42.2%
Turn Cbet 45.2% Turn Cbet Success 30.2%

Bet River 32.2% (I made more thin value bet,as I think there are more calling station in this stakes)

I lost -5bb/100, well there are a few pots that I spewed away when I took too much emphasize on game flow, when my opponents were just have hands.

I did things like 3bet flop when I suspect they raise my cbet with air (succeed small amount of time), getting stacks with JJ, QQ when I thought they had 3bet/4bet me coupe times before. But I think the biggest mistakes is to cbet turn too often. May I know what are your guys turn Cbet% in these stakes?

Feb, only 3.3K hands in 10NL, 20NL

I tried to improve by playing more tables, so that I will put less attention on game flow because basically there are only small % time, some opponents on these stakes will play back at you. With more tables, I play tighter and more straightfoward.

VPIP/PFR/AF/3B 19.2/18.1/3.92/6.5
WTSD/W$SD 26.5/54.5

Steal is 34.2% and Overall Steal Success is 58.6%
Flop Cbet 84.2% Flop Cbet Success 50.6%
Turn Cbet 40.4% Turn Cbet Success 28.6%
Bet River 15.7% (too small of sample, but I think I'm more coward in making thin value bet on river now, as they are not that calling station)

Though I have tried to reduce my turn cbet%, I still end up having 40%. I still lost at a rate of 5bb/100 (I know it is only 3.3k hands)

Basically I feel that I was owned in these micro stakes, likes being totally outplayed and soul read by them. Apart from couple mis-read spewey hands, I found out from my stat is that I cbet turn too often. I was a NL50, NL100 small winner, I had likes more or less 30% turn cbet only. I would like to know from you all micro stakes grinders, what is your turn cbet%?

Thanks

This is a complicated stat since so many other stats effect it, including...

* What is your PFR? Do you raise to wode or tight of a range preflop inflating or deflating your turn c bet stat?

* What is your flop c bet? If you c bet more on the flop your turn c bet stat should go down and vice versa.

Other things to think about...

Maybe you are c betting the wrong parts of your range... stuff you could bluff catch with or something.

Maybe 40% is a fine turn c bet % but the issue lies elsewhere. (I think this is the case)

It's probably good as a number, but I would just advice you to screw these numbers and look for the bigger picture - are people giving you respect, do you fire turn just to fire, were you ready to fire river too. Go over your bigger hands where you bet turn as a barrel and analyze how effective was it against the specific opponent and so on. You seem to be playing most of your hands with initiative so balance is a big issue - could you have c/f some turns, c/c, c/r, etc.
