I hate 3betting pre flop - because you turn your hand into a bluff (you have to fold to 4bet) or you play an inflated pot OOP, unclear of his range.

By just calling, you stay ahead of his range and keep the pot small.

As played, I think I might let it go on turn; you hand is behind his range and I think he has a made hand as he would shove flop with draws. Really hard to put him on a float with this preflop action and board texture.
