I would prolly limp 7's this early and look to hit a set, you are going to get a large number of callers if this is a low buy-in event and you will be left with 2nd or 3rd pair on most flops. If table is playing tighter than I think raising to iso is fine.

I prefer a pf limp....keeps the pot smaller and lots of mtt donkies will stack an A87 type flop with AJ (this is assuming it's an mtt and not sng)
