Default Cash game donk needs help

So I'm going to play the Unibet Open in London in a week or so. Freerolling for various reasons including the fact that I rake A LOT. However, I feel that I should probably try to get some pointers. I'm a good NL 6-max player winning over a large sample on 3/6 and 5/10 and taking shots higher. I'm also pretty decent HU. However, I feel that the playstyle in a live tournament like this is fairly different. The first maybe 4 hours or so I'm hoping to be decently deep and abuse position and hopefully a post flop edge. However, I'm not really sure that I've got pushing ranges and such right at all and I really feel taht I could probably improve a lot with that fairly soon so I just wanted to know if anyone knows of any good videos, articles etc on the following subjects:

1. Pushing ranges, reshoving etc with different stack sizes
2. A basic explanation of wtf M is.
3. Anything related to live MTT play.

Thanks in advance.

Try reading Harrington on Holdem Vol 1 & 2 decent books for tournament poker imo. I think Vol 2 is where the term 'M' first surfaced and is explained. Should be able to pick them up on e-bay. Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on in the tournament.

thats a super vague question, best answer is to just play good poker and try and learn by shortstacking cash and analyzing (mathwise) the proper ranges to get in versus proper steal frequencies. theres no easy answer for such a broad question.

concerning M, i dont really use it.

concenring live reads... ummm. young people are kinda from the internet, older people are humongous nits, and beyond that just go straight from the live tell books like caro and that FBI guy
