FTOPS Main Event, YEAH

Sooo this can be treated as the official FTOPS Main Event thread.

I will be playing, I'm sure a few of our pros will be playing (craig? aaron? greg? etc?). Any members playing? shout out.

As for strategy discussion beforehand, how do you guys typically play with the 5000 chip starting stack and regular 15/30 blinds? We have approx 170ish BB. Normally I just play super tight to start tournies while calling a bit in position and raising my good hands, etc. With 3k stacks I open a bit more.

How do you adjust with 5k stacks in early and mid levels?

i'm too lazy and playing too mmuch cash to play, but play a lot of hands preflop with reasonable committments, try to make the nuts, and stack donks while you're super deep

gonna play, as far as strategy, early on Im proly just gonna play a lot of hands that have lots of implied value esp in position cause theres gonna be a lot of bad players in these, and personally try not to get stuck in big pots with weak hands
