I think making it 2.2-2.5x here with your entire range is best. You have a really bad stack to raise fold and you want your raising range to be decently wide in most circumstances unless there are lots of aggro players with resteal stacks behind you. Shoving pf is obviously +ev but I think it doesn't really have much of a place in a solid overall strategy here unless you know the players behind you and have a decent handle for ICM. Shoving the flop is pretty bad since we don't allow him to c/r bluff or do so some A hi float or w/e (pretty unlikely with stacks although thats no the point) and he's stacking off with all the hands he would to a smaller bet. Soooo I think your flop bet is fine and i'd prob just go ahead and stick it in on the turn like you did.
