Default JJ in co with 45bb, $10 10k guarentee 50 left

read is he is straight forward but not very good player (-10%roi)
but

not a nit

but unlikely to 4 bet bluff,

do I flat his three bet if so why? advice on playing flop?

or

4 bet get it in and why and what size to 4 bet ?

table pretty soft and i can steal comfortably, should i preserve my stack and play low vairance
with my healthy stack or take this probable small edge here by 4 bet and calling all in if he 5 bets

If you have an active , non nitty image make it 22k, call a shove. Stack sizes of blinds may make it slightly less likely he has air, but still happy to get it in.
