A friend played this hand and wants some feedback on it. I dont play many tournys so Im not sure what to do.

looks pretty bad, AK is the worst hand he'll show up with here and the rest of the time he has pairs that dominate 66

I agree that this is bad. Is the 3 bet bad or should he be calling or folding pre. is calling for set value only? I play cash only and I am folding this a lot vs aggro opponents.

he was deep enough to call for set value, and if IP he could call and call a safe flop to eventually win the pot on the turn. i just don't like getting almost 75% of what is a deep stack this late in the tourney all-in preflop with 66.

So 35bbs is deep enough to call for set value OOP vs a button raise. I hate 3 bet calling but wasnt really sure about calling. I agree also about being in postion and calling certains flops but OOP this is much harder to do.

this is shockingly bad. call is standard pre, if you feel like he's weak on the flop you can bluff raise or float, plus often people will just check behind really dry flops anyway

With blinds and antes the pot odds are really good preflop from the BB and it's no big deal to c/f all flops in which you don't hit a set.
