Default Tournament stats/leak finding?

Hi all,

I'm pretty sure this is my first post on these forums. I recently joined this site, loving the videos! It really helps to hear different peoples thought processes.

Anyway, I have been mostly playing MTTs and I've got about 600 tournies in holdem manger, and I was wondering if theres a good way to go through this data and look at the numbers to find leaks and improve my game...

Over 596 tournies ($0-5 buyin), my ROI is 6% and ITM is 15.3% so I feel theres plenty of room for improvement :P

Any help using all this data to improve my game would be greatly appreciated.

ps. For what its worth I've been playing poker for about 2 years and read the Harrington series and some other books, but am starting to get serious about improving my game now that I'm graduated and have a little more time.

I sure would love some help on this too. I avg'd 2 ft's per month this year thru March, including taking down a $55 for $9k mid May. Since then I'm down $5k and itm 16.3% with all min cashes. Best in those last 221 mtt's was 13th.

I feel like I gotta have some holes somewhere that need a huge cork put into them but not sure where. I look at hem till my eyes turn red but for mtt's I cant seem to figure out what to really look for.

play a ton, analyze hand histories, talk with other players, this is pretty much essential. there's no magic answer.

its like ben hogan said to some young golfer, the answer is on the driving range, just dig it out. same with poker, just play a ton and actively get better. dont expect some answer like its a cheat code in a videogame, you've got to earn it with hard work.

that means coaching, interacting in forums, all the good stuff.

Hey clayton-

Thanks for the advise, that is exactly why I joined this site.

I was asking if there was way to see if any of my stats are way out of line (cbet, fold the 3bet, etc.)

But thinking on it, it seems to depend on table conditions and stack sizes so much that you might have trouble comparing apples to apples like you can for cash games.

I dunno.
