Default TPTK Early In The $240 FTP Sunday Brawl

Villain is completely unknown to me. The way I see it I have three options;

fold flop
call flop and fold to more action
call and lead a non spade
call flop and go into call down mode
3bet flop

Early in a tourny are we assuming he's a donk and insta stacking here?

id usually check something like officialpokerrankings.com and see how often he busts in the first fifth of a tournaments duration (eg spews early) and let that dictate whether i jam or fold, cuz this line looks pretty ridic strong

im prob raising it up larger pre or completing tho

^^^ and easy bet / fold imo. There's no need to be running bluffs this early in the tournament. If you feel like gambling it up a bit start multi tabling MTTs so you don't get bored.

b/f wtf? easiest broke ever. there is no way to fold imo. people are so bad, especially in sunday tournaments. often they raise any T here and then wont fold anymore. and there are only 2 realistic hands (33/55) which have u beat. wait some seconds, then jam it in. he will snap u with any T.

Ok if you insist on playing a hand like this, time down and call the CR, check/call the turn (assuming its a blank), and reevaluate on the river. (imo stacks are going in by the turn though by the strength of this line. which is way TPTK doesn't look so hot anymore imo.)

i'm not really folding here on a sunday, people are too bad

agree with clayton that i'd usually either just complete or raise bigger pre tho

i'd usually just 3bet flop and make sure to get it in vs a worse ten/flush draw rather than let them have options on the turn in position
