I never really lifted to gain a lot but I'm starting to now. I've had so many lower body problems with my knees/ankles/feet that I've mostly just lifted casually or for upper body.
Right now I'm squatting 3 times a week, deadlifting/benching/shoulder pressing twice a week, and frequently doing pullups and chinnups (I usually do about 100 of these in sets of 10 or 12 or 15).
I am going to start this log later today after I lift, probably doing bench (no spotter, prob just do dumbells), squats, maybe something random.
Also my diet has been eating to gain lately. I'm between 165-170. I've been trying to gain weight for almost a month now and haven't really gained much.
Ultimate goal is to put on 12-15 pounds of muscle in the next 6 months. I have the frame for it.
