p90x fitness/nutrition log
this is where I will post my workouts (how many reps I did etc) and what I ate.
this will likely be a hella boring thread unless you like reading the progress. this is mostly to keep myself accountable and so shpanko and klink know that I'm crushing this biyatch.
nutrition-wise I'm just going to focus on eating clean, no processed carbs, no fast food. Just focusing on lean meats, veggies, fruits, and whole grain. I'm also limiting my beverage intake to just water and 5 hour energy (or the random sugarfree redbull if I'm out drinking and need a chaser). so im not gonna stringently follow their nutrition plan, just do my thing and focus on eating clean more or less.
fitness wise im gonna get my ass beat like theres no tomorrow.
starts August 9th with chest and back + ab ripper x. gg my life next 3 months.
