So I made a cashout from Party Poker for $1,000 using the bank wire option.

I am in Canada, so it was made to my CAD account. The exchange rate at the time was 1.02, and party takes off $10 US as fee.

So, the deposit (not including my bank charges should have been) = $1000 - $10 = $990*(0.9727) = $962 approx CAD.

The total amount deposited was $925.67. My bank does NOT charge nearly that much (although I can't quote their exact charges).

I have heard similar complaints from other non-US bank account transfers from Party.

What is the deal here, seriously?
