cos nobody ever does anything about it? you hear all these people complain about the exchange rate/software/wateva, and some even threaten to leave. But hardly anyone follows through because the games are good.
The fish don't realise the exchange rate, and the regs don't want to leave the site, so there's no real motivation for party to cut back on their profits by charge a competitive rate.
