As you might know, we are hard at work finishing the development of the next generation of PokerTracker, PokerTracker 4. This is the reason we have been invited by Aaron Jones and the management team at Leggo Poker to participate in this forum, in the hopes that the Leggo community's voice is heard as we head down the home stretch of PokerTracker 4's development. Our vision for the development of PT 4 was to rely on the input of players like you. We listen to every single little request, no matter how small, and evaluate its worth for all players who may use PokerTracker 4. We have learned a lot by gathering input from the player community after the release of PokerTracker 3, the next generation of PokerTracker was planned over the past two years from this education experience - we hope that you will approve of the finished result when we release the public beta in the upcoming months.


From this day on, we will be available here on the Leggo Poker forums to answer any questions you might have about PokerTracker, collect feedback and requests for our next generation software, and to provide you with support for PokerTracker 3 as we move towards PokerTracker 4 once it has been released.

If you want a stat that's not available in the application by default, you have the ability to create that stat in PT3, or you can download tons of user-submitted stats from our custom stat repository. Can you please make the HUD easier to change and modify?

Let's say I'd like to make my HUD look like:

Limp SB/Donk bet turn when missed c-bet/hands
Name/3b/4b/check raise

Plus I'd like to make my own pop-ups for random stats. You know, some random shit like that. Will that be possible?

Yes, it's a lot easier to change and modify the HUD in PT4. We've added a "drag and drop" HUD Profile Editor which makes modifying the HUD a breeze.

If you want to assign pop-ups to specific stats, you could easily create a HUD group for that stat and assign a pop-up to that group.

Purchased PT3 about 6 months ago, how much is the upgrade gonna be? Also, I've had a ridiculous number of problems installing and using PT3 and I'm fairly computer savy. I don't even bother using it for merge the last few months. You guys need a support email, forums aren't that great.

We do have a support email solution, it is currently found here (it may move once we launch PT4): https://www.pokertracker.com/support/

The one thing we are known for is our great support, our team even remotes into our customer's computers if a problem is too complicated to be solved or the player doesn't understand the explanation.
We try really hard not to leave anyone in the dark, PokerTracker should not interfere with your playing experience, our goal is to make it as seamless as possible. We will work hard to solve your issue, you are not alone!

As for the price, we haven't announced it yet but I can assure you it will be very affordable if you are upgrading. Much less than many of the predictions we have read from speculation on the web.

Im not sure of the stats name just now. But im very sure that HEM has some great stats for HU, wich PT3 does not. So im really hoping ur looking into that.

It would be helpful to know which stats you have in mind, but we do have more stats in PokerTracker 4 and we have a new HUD profile editor which will make it much easier to get the HUD that you want for heads-up.

Also, it should be noted that we have a very powerful custom stats engine in both PT3 and PT4 which means that you can create virtually any stat that you might want. You can also download stats that other members have created from our stats repository.

1 thing tough, how bout adding the possibilty to add bonuses and such to the software? Like right now, ive made 25$ (lol) bucks trough a Partypoker promo, but i see no way to add that to the PT3 software, aswell as rakeback %, since both of these are somewhat important to both my RB and NET winnings, wouldnt you agree? ( i know HEM has this)

Glad we can help! The flexibility of adding nearly any stat you can think of in PokerTracker 3 is overlooked by the average player, we admit that we did not do a good job of promoting this cabaility or the stats repository but when we release PokerTracker 4 you will find the ability to download stats to be more centrally featured for the convenience of our users.

This ability is currently scheduled to be added in a free update after the release of PT4, based on the current spec it should far exceed what is currently available with any of our competitors. There are many accuracy issues that need to be addressed which are ignored in other platforms that include bonus and rakeback tracking if you play on both tournaments and cash games at the same time - we plan to solve this issue after PT4 is in our user's hands.

Too bad this thread's not more active. I'd say the biggest things I wish pt3 had that hem has is cbet success vs 1 opponent as a stat in the reports tab. It's also way easier to figure out how to add stats to the reports tab in hem, but maybe that's just because I've been using hem forever and I just got pt. Allin-ev as a stat would be nice but I think that's going to already be in pt4. 3-bet and call vs steal stat in the hud and have a popup where if I hover over it it shows over how many samples. This might still be doable but adding some stats in the hud and in the reports tab seems a lot more difficult in pt3 than hem.
