Y converter hav eror:No HH detected,no HH in file?

I am having problems using leggo poker converter and universal replayer converter,getting them to converter hand histories.

I get a error message that says:No hand histories detected and no valid hands in hand history file.

It doesnt matter whether I copy paste HH file text into the white text field for the converter or whether I browse for HH file,either way I get the same error messages for both converters.

And it doesnt matter which hand histories from which sites I use,or which poker site format I convert them into whether thats full tilt or UBnet or absolutepoker etc,I still get the same result and error message no matter what I do or have done so far.


The only thing I can think of that I havent tried is that all the HH files are in notepad .TXT file format, so maybe if I change the file extension format,that will help.
So if thats the case how do I do that and what do I change the file format into?And if thats not it,whats the problem and how do I fix it?

Can anybody help me out here please?

Please send the .txt file to support@leggopoker.com and we will take a look into the error. Notepad .txt format should be fine.

Thanks for the help.And I will do that.But if its an error in the converter that your willing to look into,why would both your converter and the universal replayer converter which are 2 different converters have nearly the same error and error message?
