balance 3b-5b range?

Assuming you are playing hu 100bb vs a fairly balanced opponent what value-blfuf ratio should we have in our 4b/3b? Basically what would a balanced 3b/4b range look like in terms of bluff/value % (that we can deviate from depending on opponent to make each more bluff/value weighted)

I dont worry as much about balancing as exploiting. The question is far too vague to give any advice on.

James u obv a v good player but posting stuff like this in the theory forum just isn't really helpful.
To answer op's question, a balanced 3b ratio wd probably b around 1.5bluff to 1 value. 4b ratio wd b something like 40% bluffs 60% value, these will depend on bet sizing etc

Well I dont think its really something you can give a lot of advice on... thinking about poker is this way I dont think is that useful and going to lead you down the wrong road. Would be at least a better question to ask what range as a standard to 3bet I think

How does learning what a GTO 3b/ 4b ratio might look like lead us down the wrong path? if anything it's going to help us understand how to exploit people better.

yik feel like having unexploitable ranges to deviate from depending on opponent is the best way to play poker...

I don't think this is the correct spot to use gto as much as what the field's range is. I don't think any of the high stakes players have any clue of what is close to true gto but they all know what other people generally do in reality.

Knowing gto is still interesting but I'm not smart enough to even begin to figure out how to figure this out.
