Default Game theory: calling range

Okay for you smart guys out there.
Let's say we are playing a bot that always makes a certain play with a certain hand on a certain board (i.e., static strategy).

Now if this bot puts us all in on the river giving us say 25 percent pot odds to call. How do we decide what portion of our range to call with to stay unexploitable?

I don't get how it would exploit us if it would always make the same play?

Wouldn't we just call with whatever has > 25% equity versus his range? Or am I misunderstanding the question?
