Default Semi bluffing Turn

I am losing money left and right on Turn. I am in instant need of fix....

I usually raise in position when I am heads up in 2-5NL or even 5-10NL cash games with my entire Top and SemiBLuff range on turn during a FULL RING game to put more money in the pot and to 3 barrel nice size bet on river, when i miss?

How do pros balance their semi bluff range on turn in position in full ring game? Do they put more money in the pot by betting turn or just take a free card and win a small pot, if they do hit.

It depends entirely on your opponent, board texture etc.

I would check out a few videos. These might help out a little bit.
