The other thing I'm not sure about is whether we should be half potting dry flops or close to potting them when we are in early position.
E.g. flop is Kxx rainbow. As UTG do you bet 2/3 to get more value from pps and worse Kx or do you bet like 1/2 to make your bluffs cheaper?
problem with the 1/2 pot is your just never getting much money in by the river unless you cooler villain...
