Default 5/10 Interesting river spot

Villain is a semi-fish playing on a few tables, plays quite wild/bad preflop and loose passive post. This felt like a pretty easy jam for value given I have blockers and a lot of the draws missed. He snap called the turn if that effects your decision at all.

C/c flop. I would definitely check. His turn range has to be something like Q4, Q5, maybe Q9 but somewhat unlikely and even more so because of timing. Then draws ( inc Some Qx ). JT, KQ, K9, KK ( with spades or JT) should make up a significant portion of his range that beats bluffs. I'm not even sure if he calls with Q4, Q5 if it's a shove. That is all a guess though because I didn't look at combos

I def don't like betting here. I'm on the fence for calling or folding...I think I like calling a bit more personally. Would we expect KQxx to vbet?

I think the worst hand he would have vbet here would be KKK. Given the fact he's semi fishy and not a reg I put quite a bit of weight on his timing tell ott and assumed his range was heavily weighted toward some sort of flopped combo draw that he had no intention of folding until the 5th card. I decided to check to call and he snap checked behind with Q9xxss.
