Default 50 PLO Turn decision vs fish

First, understand the background i have with this guy:
Playing him at 25PLO, hes at two of my tables, both tables with ~100$ stack (4BI's)
Hes raising 100% of pots, Smashing his face on the pot button on every flop, and drawing out hardcore.
He leaves and takes his stack to a few tables of 50 PLO. I follow only to bust him.
Notes: He calls with any non-nut draw, jams light draws, and Insta pot bluffs in easily recognizable spots.

PokerStars Game #38990727111: Omaha Pot Limit ($0.25/$0.50 USD) - 2010/01/30 21:37:02 ET
Table 'Delportia V' 6-max Seat #1 is the button
Seat 1: dizzledope ($25.50 in chips)
Seat 2: e4effort ($18.75 in chips)
Seat 3: butragueña ($8 in chips)
Seat 4: WannaWinFfs ($69.80 in chips)
Seat 5: Tnoyes ($50 in chips)
e4effort: posts small blind $0.25
butragueña: posts big blind $0.50
TheRiddler85: sits out
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Tnoyes [Th Ks Ah 9c]
WannaWinFfs: raises $1.25 to $1.75
Tnoyes: raises $2.25 to $4
dizzledope: folds
e4effort: calls $3.75
butragueña: folds
WannaWinFfs: calls $2.25
*** FLOP *** [7h Ac 9h]
e4effort: checks
WannaWinFfs: checks
Tnoyes: bets $7
e4effort: folds
WannaWinFfs: calls $7
*** TURN *** [7h Ac 9h] [Tc]
WannaWinFfs: checks
Tnoyes: bets $13.50
WannaWinFfs: raises $45.30 to $58.80 and is all-in

At this point, his range is as wide as can be. Any flush draw, any made straight/straight draw, any two pair, any set, etc.

What are some thoughts on turn? I 3 bet strictly for isolation.

Bet more, bet less to induce, check behind? Any thoughts?

I'd pot pf, bet a little bigger on the flop (10?) and bet call 13.50 on the turn.

I think my flop bet was slightly more than 1/2 pot. This was because i expected him to shove over any bet. Trying to make my bet look weak, i figured he would figure to have some fold equity (If he was even thinking that deep, which in retrospect, i doubt he was) and overjam. That bet was strictly player dependent, and as a default im betting at least 3/4+ in that spot.

From what you've said I just bet bigger Pf and flop and expect him to spazz out with a similar frequency regardless of bet sizes, unless youve seen him specifically react aggressively to small bets in particular.

If he just flats flop i bet an amount that gives him the illusion of FE on the turn
