Default 600PLO: Brain fart on turn, what now?

Butchered this hand Villain is a reg, not bad, but not good either. He is 28/22 and I'm 29/23 (if he is datamining).

Here is my thought process for turn (I tend to way over think simple spots): This is a turn I should be barreling almost always. When I check, villain has to give me credit for a made hand and I get to realize my equity since he will usually check back. If I bet turn and get called, I feel obligated to bet river to fold out JJ, QQ, etc.... if I don't improve. I have noticed a lot of regs have been raising double barrels in these spots and puts me in a really shitty spot; I don't think villain is that tough, but monkey see monkey do.

When villain bets small on turn, I thought about check/raising but I don't think he folds anything to me and I would basically be isolating his value range. So I decided to check/call BLAH. I would love to hear thoughts on turn.

On the river, I'm hating life. When I check/call turn, I have all back door flush draws in my range. I have no clue what he is value betting this way since I have the nut flush. So for me to fold river, he has to have the case TT, case 55, 52 or 22. The fact that I have nutted flushes in my range makes me want to let it go.

one of those "he knows i can have a flush, but hhe's still betting big so i should fold, but maybe he knows that I know this so i should call!" spots . I bluff like that with that logic sometimes, but seem to level myself in thinking other people do. but i guess i dont know because i have been folding a lot there recently.

As far as ruling out combos the obvious questions.. he raise sets on flop always? how does he play T5? 52 and 53 both play like this ofc but 52 with what? how loose is he pf and at peeling flops? He looks even more fos because of this which is same thinking as 1st thing.

turn.... think i prefer a bet in general. you're rarely good and turn your hand relatively face up if you c/c.

Yeah I agree with US that betting turn is better, but if you do want to have a c/r range this is a great hand to do it with. His turn/river sizing is odd and makes me want to fold. Obviously you gotta hero now and then though, for balance!

I ended up folding river I'm such a little girl.

My standard has always been to barrel this card wide for value and as a bluff, but I'm making a conscious effort to not take standard lines to confuse regs (I guess that's an argument for calling?).

Looking back, I think it's a call on the river. I don't think villain is thinking at a super high level and would probably assume I barrel most of my NFD (he can be VB K high flush here).
