Most definately.
I wouldn't even peel hand one without a read or a plan to bluff scare cards or valuebet blank board pairs because on just about any turn, we still won't be happy with our hand.
I'd just fold hand 1 to the lead. Too often you're going to have to fold the turn anyway and the times you won't will be when he checks and then you???? so ya, I'd get out on the flop and not try to guess my way through a hand with one pair and now draw and no plan.
Two is a peel for me for sure 10 nut outs with our overpair and a back door flush draw is good enough for me on a no flush/no straight flop.
EDIT: Ok, missread hand two. Ok, both are folds but if you had to peel one, its still hand two. I thought we flopped an OESD with the board 69x. For hand 2, hes only doing this with strong draws, pair + draws or strong hands and at best vs some of those hands your a slight favorite but you won't know that anywhere in the hand so won't be able to protect it or valuebet it when your equity changes so I'd just get out now.
