Villan is playing 93% of hands oop, 3betting 56% with 100bb. We have KQQ7r, open and get 3betted, do we 4bet,flat or fold? ty

What are his flop tendencies like OOP in non 3bet pots and in 3bet pots as well?

forgot to add :P, he was pretty aggro and didn't like to fold much but he wasn't a maniac, i'm guessing that if villan is nitty post this is an easy call.
