Default PLO(L) Variance?

10 handed $20PL villain has ~75bb I cover.

Dealt to Hero [ As Js Kh Ac ]
Hero raises to $0.70, 4 folds, donk calls, 2 folds, villain raises to $2.80
1 fold, Hero raises to $8.60, Donk folds, villain calls.

Flop [ 2s Jc 9c ]

villain checks, I shove, villain calls.
villain shows Ts 8d Qc Jh

according to 2dimes I am 70/30 pre and a 40/60 dog post.

I am chalking this up to a standard cooler or something as villain hits the perfect flop, rivered a 7 and my turned spade draw missed, My question is:

Is villains preflop play good? bad? neutral?

If I am in villains shoes I am never calling a 4bet preflop with 4 rainbow straighty cards, or should I be?

Oh and my thinking preflop was "I has AA and lots of draw potential - get as much monies in as possible" is that about right?

yours confusedly,

(who knew adding 2 more cards would make poker so confusing)
