Default Plo100: 3b pot River bet line

Villain is playing 36/21 and is aggro, he is 3betting 6.3% over 200 hands.

Flop I call with pr + 2nd nflsh draw as I have seen him 3bet wider than AAxx. Ok?
Turn std check back I assume?

River I thought i'd go for some thin value and bet small to possible induce something from an aggro player. What do we think about my thinking here?

Pretty difficult spot because of 2 things.

1) You are at the very top of your range.

2) You only beat a bluff and it's a pretty wild line to take as a bluff.

I'd normally fold at these stakes but I'd fold because we have the King of Spades and that's a key card he'd need to have bet the flop and be bluffing the river without.
