Default PLO100 SH - standard ai on the turn with 3rd set?

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $1(BB) Replayer
SB ($140)
BB ($99.15)
UTG ($97)
CO ($35.35)
Hero ($116)

Dealt to Hero A 5 6 5

fold, fold, Hero raises to $3.50, SB calls $3, fold

FLOP ($8) 5 8 3

SB checks, Hero bets $6, SB calls $6

TURN ($20) 5 8 3 Q

SB checks, Hero bets $15

Villain looks like an ok winning reg. I don't want to make a big mistake so I'm asking here.
If I get check/raised in this spot I would get it in and think I will run often enough against 2pair with some draw to get it in +EV. So I think I need to have a good read on my opponent that he will play 88 or QQ like this often enough to find a fold.

Or is it just the opposite? Do I need to have the good read to get it in here?

checking back the turn and giving any free card seems like a bad idea to me. If I shouldn't get it in here, just bet/folding, right?

I doubt I'd ever fold here, 88 is c/r at least half the time on the flop, QQ is a cooler and there are many QT98 type of hands that would go for a turn c/r against weaker draws/2 pair combos.

At micro/low stakes, ive noticed 90% of flop raises on wet boards are sets, 10% strong draws. Makes it real easy to get away from set over set seeing as you are 55% at best against combo draws anyway with bottom set. Check calling flop, you are ahead at least 90%. Ill pay the price of the pot if you are against a higher set.

Edit: Thought that board was suited on the flop.. Ide check call 88 here, and i think a lot of thinking regs would too. If the board was suited, what i mentioned earlier applies. With there being one flopped straight draw, he can easily call with an overpair such as queens, and hit his gin card on turn, or call with 88 expecting you to continue all your air/two pair/draws on turn.
If you got check raised on turn, ide puke in a bucket and call/rrai.

Bet shove, not too happy vs. villain profile but other alternatives suck.

C/c with 88 leaves too much money on the table
