I'd pot flop and turn because of his stacksize, if he has it w/e. I'd check back 100bb deep.

Potting doesn't make sense here since I don't think we can expect him to fold any hand we'd want him to fold.

Given limits and the likely hood that this player is a drooler, I'd put out a smaller bet and expect him to be chasing a wide range and I want to extract another street of value vs those hands and give him really good odds on the river if/when we hit a better hand.

I'd bet about $3 here and call shoves. If we improve any on the river and get checked too, I'd valuebet (any boat, spade or 8 and K) the rest. If the river bricks and we get checked too, I'd probably check it behind.
