Default PLO25: strong str8 facing minraise deep

villain more or less unknown, think 20/0 over 15 hands

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $0.25(BB) Replayer
SB ($24.10)
BB ($62.50)
UTG ($37.98)
UTG+1 ($32.09)
Hero ($90.44)
BTN ($62.05)

SB antes $0.05
BB antes $0.05
UTG antes $0.05
UTG+1 antes $0.05
Hero antes $0.05
BTN antes $0.05

Dealt to Hero 8 Q 8 9

fold, fold, Hero raises to $1.15, fold, SB calls $1.05, BB calls $0.90

FLOP ($3.75) T 7 J

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $3, SB folds, BB raises to $6, Hero ?

What's the best play here? We have decent but not the most awesome redraws so should we just shuffle the money in, reclick for bluff induce/bad calls or just call and let him bluff/bet with whatever he's got?

I would repop to 15 to induce some sort of bluff. And then lead non paired board turn for 3/4 pot.

Getting him to commit 15 here would leave him to 46$ approx.

Forcing out turn bet of 26-28 to play fold/shove and you can almost have two chances to induce him to shove against our absolute nuts.
