Because this is PLO and when people raise here they arent semi bluffing or something, they either have the nuts or have a bluff with the bare Ah, and if he has better flush on the turn you are drawing very very thin to a J of hearts.

I take this line on the flop two with the intention to call down or call turn and vbet smallish on river if he checks, i cant see myself raising the turn without any hand other than the nuts, and even then , i could call the nuts on turn and still get value on river if he bets agains, hes paying me with lesser flushes and lets him try to bluff me again.
