Default Top set, but flush came in

Jw what the best turn line is in spots like these. villain is loose passive, but would prbably raise at least 555 on the flop maybe 333 too and I think he willl only raise the nut flush on the turn, Should I bet/fold, check call, or bet call?

Having a T in your hand is kinda bad, but you are too strong to fold the turn imo. also the SPR is very high, so you should have good implied oods if you fill up on the river.
given that he might have 46, 678, two pair, an overpair or who knows I'd lead the turn as well. if I get raised I know hes got the nuts at least 90% of the times (as you say) and I'll call. so basically i'd bet the turn for protection and to prevent getting bluffed, even though they'll typically fold worse and call better hands.

In general at PLO im much happier to bet a mid-strenth hand w.r.t. holdem, for two reasons:
- opps always have a good amount of equity
- people are more passive and will raise only if they are very strong

I'd check here and treat this like your up against a flush. If he bets strong I'd fold. If he bets weak I'd chase a board pair. If he bets somewhere close to your pot odds, I'd just think about how much value you can get out of him if you hit and act accordingly. You should be able to call a decent size bet but just don't go blowing him of his hand on the times you hit the river, you WANT him to call and need to make up value on those rivers.

If you lead and he flats, I think you'll need to bluff and sell the NFD a bit since one you lead and get called, you put money in behind and can't just check the river and expect to come out ahead in this situation in the long run. If you had the Ad/Kd/Qd in your hand then leading wouldn't be so bad because those blockers add weight to your river barrels when you get flatted on the turn and brick out on the river. Even still though, I'd just check and play this hand pretty straight up here, no need to get tricky or put yourself in a tricky situation by leading again. And who knows, he might check behind some weak flushes, or worse even worse hands/draws.
