Default Becoming a total nit after 1 hour of play

I noticed that when i play i always start of pretty loose having. I then keep my aggression up for about 20 minutes or so. But after 20 minutes it seems like im playing tighter and tighter by the minute (doesn't mather if im up or down), in the end at like the 1 hour mark im playing like a total nit(both preflop and on the flop).

I basically stop bluffing, stop being very aggro in general.

I have been thinking about this for some time now and im not really sure if this is a bad thing or a good thing.

Would love to hear if you guys subconsciously do the same thing and if you think its a good or a bad thing.

Unless I'm tilting I usually stop looking so hard for 3bet spots and play a lil tighter. It's just a matter of your brain being overworked and not focusing as much. There was some good discussion about it toward the end of this thread if you want to check it out sometime. Basically your brain is most focused only 30 min at a time or something like that. So it's normal for someone to go into "auto-pilot".

I am well aware of this and I came up with the brilliant solution called "da 45 mins sessions" all rights reserved.
Seriously a 45 min session balances the first 30mins of aggression with 15 minutes of tightness very well.
