Default How could I fix my LHE habbits?

Hey, I'm a 6max 200NL player who used to play 10/20~30/60 LHE 6max before UIGEA.
I have to admit that game was very juicy, but I still think myself as a very solid limit player since I made more than 100K on that game.
However, after UIGEA(I need to study to take SAT to apply to universities), I had some break and re-started to play limit games on Pokerstars and realize game becomes much harder than good old days and decided to learn NL.
I've been a marginal winner at 25NL~200NL.
Usually, I play pretty solid poker.
But when I get bluffed, I got very annoyed and become a spew monkey.
Although I can be pretty sure about opponent's hands, I make a crying call to see their cards.
In limit games, there are tons of spot you have to make a crying call due to odds and prevention of being runned over and it usually goes withoout thinking, kinda auto-pilot.
But the problem is, I still makes these calls on NL game.
I know I shouldn't, but sometimes I'm clicking call button sub, or unconsciously.
So I want to find out a good way to fix this problem.
Although I don't know much about psychology stuff, I think this is pretty related to learning model kinda stuff.
I'll be looking forward to your wise solutions.

Thank you,

worry about position more, the LHE players i know play really poorly preflop because they are used ot thinking about pot odds and not worried about the implications of being first to act postflop. speaking of postflop, lhe players usually play their draws too slow or make crying calls when they don't know their opponents bluffing frequency on later streets. psychologically, i think the key is just that in NLHE you can make more "perfect" or "right" decisions. i dont' have any lhe experience, but that is my claim to how to play nlhe well; just constantly remind yourself that you can make a perfect decision here, and you dont' have to chalk **** up to pawt odds.
