Tnx klamsauce for kind and positive words i agree with what you said, specially with the part that i should meet other people and study with them. Sad thing is that my friends all play poker (no one lives from it, but they all acts like theyre nosebleed pros), and while they could all learn much from me (and me from them), its almost impossible to have constructive debate with them...too much ego and jaelousy... About part time job i guess i havent mention that I give science instructions...I have 1 client who doesnt go to school, but can still take exams, so im his private teacher. And i also help my girlfriend with her Bar. So while that is not a real job, it will help me with the bills.

Anyway I just got some money today on my poker account, and will again start playing more seriously after almost 1 month of "ocasional giving away money and feeling sorry for myself". I will also probably open a blog so i can write some planes and goals...

Hi^^

You seem very well in recognizing problems which is deserves already a lot of respect.
Now you have to take the further steps and find some opportunities to solve your problems

It seems that the vast majority of your problems is psychological.
So to hire a mental coach (jared Tendler should be here a good choice) seems like a good idea.
If you think that your probs are deeper, than also hiring professional help would be a good step.

gl^^

exercise is a great way to improve both confidence and ability to sit down and focus for longer than 2hrs a day, if youre not already doing anything id suggest starting something, as little as a 45minute walk and light weights 3/4 times a week will do wonders for your wellbeing
