Default Passing up good opportunities

I'm sure lots of other people have this problem as well. You can constantly identify great bluffing opportunities and even with an ideal image you find yourself passing up on these plays. I feel like the people who are crushing their games act on every play that presents itself and is one of the big reasons why I'm just a marginal winner at small stakes.

Anyone else have this same problem?

Obviously the answer should just be well if you find a good spot then make the play but it's easier said than done. I have an extremely passive personality in real life so that probably has a great deal to do with it. It's awkward for me to constantly be ruthless and cutthroat even though that's what it takes to crush. I've put a ton of work into my game which is one of the reasons I've been able to identify these plays but for some reason I don't always take advantage of them.
