I'm starting to play way more again and I think that's helping with not being result oriented. I've started eating better and exercising and it's making an incredible difference.

Protecting your winnings is fairly common. As you said you have to focus on becoming process oriented instead as opposed to results oriented. Focus entirely on your play and try to figure out your mistakes. The money will come if you do that. Given the only thing you can control is how you play, always be aware of what you're doing and why, try to figure out any leaks. Whether it's mental game, logic, or mathematical. Then work hard on fixing it. Being aware is the first step. Fixing the problem is the next step. The way you can do that is specifically focus on these leaks and challenge yourself to fix them each session, until eventually it's ingrained unconsciously what the right process is in that situation to go through.
