Not trying to be negative, but your life sounds horrible. There's so much more to life than TV and poker. If you're having trouble going to bed I'd recommend going to the gym after your last session, taking a shower when you get home, and just hit the bed. Generally works for me, but I only grind about 3 hours a day max. Good luck

flux seems to be a pretty piece of software, nice recommendation.

in my case, reading a book helps. however, its efficiency decreases after doing something involving bad emotions, like tilty sessions obviously.

regarding can't-stop-thinking-about-poker issue, i guess that some relaxing techniques may be very helpful. once it turned out that a friend of mine who practices yoga and he shared some thoughts about it. one of them was that thanks to yoga he gained an ability to just quit thinking about something stuck in his mind, whenever he's willing to. probably this could be applied to poker too. i guess that other similar activities should do the trick (like meditation etc.)
