Default Thought Process Checklist To Go Through?

What would be a good list of things for me to go through while I'm playing a hand? I'm trying to keep this list as short and sweet as possible so I don't over analyze.

-Does worse call if I bet?
-Does better fold?
-What is villain's range?

Then just random stuff outside of being in the hand that I can glance at in notepad when I have time.

-How does villain react to 3bets?
-How often does villain fold to cbets?
-How bluffy is villain?
-What types of flops does villain check raise and with what types of hands?
-Does villain have a polarized 3betting range?
-What is villain's biggest leak and what is the best way to capitalize on it?

Starting with villain's range makes sense. Here's what I've got now:

What is villain's range?
If I bet does worse call or better fold?
What am I going to do to a raise if I bet?

I know other people have said it before but I added the third point in just now after rewatching an old samoleus video. I think I could have saved myself a ton of trouble lately by adding that step in.

Sometimes I ask myself, "do I want to play a big or small pot with this hand" and adjust accordingly" (generally this is against fish where bet sizing tells won't matter)
