How much money would you pay for a pepperoni pizza?

Efficent, you define "unfocused" as not being able to solve a rubix cube in under 10 minutes. Isn't there some sort of intelligence related to solving a rubix cube? Obvioulsy a 3 year old could not solve a rubix cube but does this mean he is not focusing? Definitely not. It may be true that he isn't focusing on it because he is not smart enough to though.

This definition would only be legit if you could solve the cube most of the time.

But you make a really good point because tilt isn't really ultimately about how well you are playing poker, its about how much worse are you playing poker.

Similarly we generally don't test intelligence in a vacuum, we compare one persons performance to the performance of everyone else of the same age.

Back to the cube, a better op definition might be if it takes you substantially more time to solve the puzzle than it would under optimal conditions.

This is definitely and operational definition. Do allot of people actually break their keyboards/mouse on a regular basis?

The first 3 times are standard?

Well it usually takes 3 doses of bad luck, bad beats or poorly played hands before I go on perma-tilt.

The way I would mathematically define tilt would be:

Let X represent the amount we would win in a session playing optimally
Let Y represent the amount we actually won in a session

If X > Y we are tilting in some form

But quantifying X would be very very hard and pretty much impossible
