You were probably abused as a child or your parents were divorced when you were younger than 10.

Na, I don't know. I do it too.

I'm guessing you prolly wrote this on tilt, as it really seems like it. Obviously working on your tilting will help overcome this problem, in the meantime there are a few possible options:

Go into a tourney with a predetermined set of starting hands and stick to it no matter what. Of course it will be highly unlikely to win with this strategy but it should get you further into tourneys than before and you can begin to value not trying to win every hand.

You can learn some hand reading abilities so you aren't always guessing what they have. If you are playing lower stake MTT's then you are playing with a lot of terrible players and they really do bluff a lot less often than you think. If they are betting on the turn they usually at least have top pair so if you can't beat that then you should fold. If you are drawing, don't try to shovel more money in before it hits because chances are they are going to pay you off if it hits anyways.

Watching some MTT videos also can't hurt so I'd recommend that too, even if they are a lot higher than what you are playing, a lot of the concepts can be used at any level.

Hope that helps!

The third sentence explains the first one, imo.

A lot of good players have this problem. It's because the winners in the game see moves our opponents "should" be making (like double barreling big turn cards etc.)

When I go too overboard (bluff calling TOO light) I try 15 minutes of 0 bluff calling. it kinds of help "calm me down." I also repeat to myself, "they're not bluffing as nearly as much as you're imagining Rika, you're just running bad and over exaggerating their bluffing frequency."
