So I did 5 days in the 3rd worst jail in america for trying to go to macD's at midnight, stoned. DOH

Now a pot dui and misd possession. Could have been worse I guess. Could always be worse.

If I try and plead NG to the dui they'll throw a felony my way for "internal possession of marijuana" LMFAO Classic squeeze play = money.

Gl man with court.
Eat or Leave It, (at home obv) You have to be a real class act to get pulled over for a DUI from smoking weed. Next time try driving the speed limit.

i live in australia,i'll probably get 3 months without a license and a fine.
living in australia is some serious run good for DUI's. I live in the toughest state on DUI's in the US, Arizona. first offense is mandatory jail time, plus atleast 6 month license suspension (usually 1 year)
