beat:have to go to court..
charged with driving without a license,with alchohol in my system which puts me in the ''speacial range''....gg POlice..
gl me.
fwiw i blew under the legal limit (0.05) but am in the speacial range due to not renewing my license..  |

That sucks dude. Just got one recently too (dui) got pulled over for no lic plate lamps lol oops wasn't drunk or drinking at all but my eyes were red (cowboy cops here). So they gave me the field sobriety test and uh ya I didn't pass (not gonna get into why but it was bs) oh ya I had a eighth of weed to in my pocket...my dumb ass...
So I did 5 days in the 3rd worst jail in america for trying to go to macD's at midnight, stoned. DOH
Now a pot dui and misd possession. Could have been worse I guess. Could always be worse.
If I try and plead NG to the dui they'll throw a felony my way for "internal possession of marijuana" LMFAO Classic squeeze play = money.
Gl man with court.
