Re: shoe company name
imo your name should evoke the image you are trying to convey, and thus be entirely dependent on the target consumer your fictitious company is attempting to attract. That target consumer should be in essence the demographic you believe your fictitious company would extract the most money from. The shoe market is very competitive and certain areas are highly saturated and occupied by big players. For instance sport shoes. Therefore creating a brand in a similar image to say nike, adidas, reebok etc would be very -ev as such companies are worth multi-billions and directly competing with them would only result in you getting crushed. So for that reason I wouldn't choose any of the names you mention in your op, as they all signify that sort of brand.
Personally I'd look at which demographic splurges the most money on shoes every year - women aged 20-50- and target them, adopting a brand name and image in accordance with the tastes and styles of the individuals I'd be attempting to attract. So I'd probably aim for a name which was somewhat sophisticated and stylish, perhaps european-sounding or exotic, rather than a catchy 'streetish' pun. And I'd probably look in lots of foreign language dictionaries and discover other cultures names for 'feet', 'shoes', 'soles' etc, as well as say 'elegance' etc, and choose whichever word carried the most resonance in regards to the image desired.
