Cake Rakeback issue

I am having problems with Rakeback.

I signed up with Cake via the instructions on your site - but it won't let me log into the "my rakeback" section.

Sent a couple of emails to the support address but have not heard back from them in over a week now.

Can anyone confirm whether or not my Cake a/c is being tracked with you guys and fix things so I can sign into the "my rakeback" section.
