Hi guys,
I just subscribed to the forum and wanted to get the full tilt poker rakeback deal. However, when I'm connected and I click on My Rakeback, it says i'm not logged in, so I enter my informations to log in, it says indentifies me and then when the page refreshes, i'm still not connected. It's kinda weird because when I click on message, it shows me as connected...

Any help would be appreciated, I'd like to get the rakeback deal asap!

Try logging out, clearing all your browser history (internet history, cache, cookies etc.) log back in and try again. If that doesn't fix the problem let me know.

I have another question though, it says I must use internet explorer... however I have a mac so I don't have it. What can I do ?

Safari should work but just to make sure before you play a hand, create a rakeback support ticket here to make sure you are being tracked.

Oh, made one before you answered because of a thread I saw in the forum. Is there any way I can know if I am tracked?

Yes, fill out a rakeback support ticket, include the site, your user name and ask if you are being tracked.
