Hi, I've made over 500 $ mgr in september but I don't have access to the videos yet... and it's past the 10th of the month... I read that for getting the rakeback it can take up to 5-7 days, does this happen for the video promotion also?

After doing a search on your rakeback for last month it looks like you earned $428.64 MGR. Your bonus is deducted from MGR. This is the reason you do not have access. For further discussion please send an email to support@leggopoker.com.
